If you would like to change your User Name, you can do so in the Name & Password window. To bring up the Name & Password window, select “Name & Password...” from the Snap menu in the menu bar.
The user name text box allows you to change your user name. The name may have up to 20 characters. All user names on the network must be unique. If you try to enter a name that already exists, Snap Mail will display a dialog box asking you to choose another name. When you change your name, all other computers will be notified of your new name and their destination lists will be updated automatically.
